Observation

There are things crumble before my eyes
Truthfully, I don't even want to see those things, but I am forced to anyway
It becomes sort of daily routine and I can't simply avoid it
Do I have the ability to foresee them? Certainly no.
But this is life. We just can't simply take our pick and go.
No.
It does not work that way.
We have to accept. No matter how bitter they are.

The good news is
we can always learn something and it shapes our way of thinking.
It shifts our paradigm and destruct any standpoint that existed earlier.
But in many cases, it turns us wiser.
I think the same thing happens to me.

I can't complain. I don't want to.
I simply observe and go as a driftwood.
But it still hard to believe to see how much it affects me
and I do grateful for this opportunity

My ustadz said, "Do not harm people. Do not yell at them."
I do exactly as he said.
I told you earlier: I observe.

Setelah kemarin saya sempat posting soal fakta-fakta di balik lagu The Beatles , tiba-tiba saya jadi penasaran bagaimana cerita di balik lagu-lagu band favorit saya yang lain: OASIS. Semua orang tahu Bandung, Lebih-lebih saya yang menghabiskan waktu sekitar 17 tahun di sana. Banyak perubahan di sana-sini yang dilakukan oleh para petinggi kota untuk semakin mempercantik wajah Bandung kebanyakan perubahan tersebut saya akui berada pada poros yang benar Namun banyak perubahan-perubahan tersebut yang bersifat terlalu mercusuar dan telanjang terlalu hedonik dan metropolis sehingga seolah-olah Bandung adalah kota alternatif Jakarta yang lebih mengejutkan lagi, perubahan-perubahan tersebut memunculkan wacana untuk menyertakan Bandung masuk ke dalam proyek kota satelit Jakarta seperti halnya yang telah terjadi pada Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, dan Bogor. Sandwich Generation My Ass

I don't consider myself part of this hype: sandwich generation. How come I become part of this mass whining, pointing sandwich as the scapegoat and labelling all this pain with it. I don't have any sandwiches to feed. I'm broke as fuck. Yet, people around me like stacking their problems on my shoulder. My brain has to work harder than ever to find any other source of income as the existing one won't pay the bills. Ceremonies. Oh, that's the worse. It costs me a lot of money for crap nonsense. I cannot take this anymore. Living with debt I shouldn't have taken. Pile of debts to finance all the luxuries of Instagram stories. Crap! Somebody take me out of this rat race! Everyone smiles.
